The GEM Remotes GR1 Single Motor Boat Lift Remote adds convenient wireless control to boat lifts powered by one single-phase electric motor. The GR1 allows you to raise and lower your boat lift using the included handheld transmitter or the manual controls located at the control box.

The unit can be wired at 110 or 220V AC and features a heavy-duty 30-amp control relay. Its radio-frequency transmitter provides wireless operation from up to 300 feet away without requiring direct line of sight.

Designed for marine environments, the GR1 features a weather-resistant, lockable control enclosure, an On/Off security switch, and a floating, water-resistant transmitter.

The GR1 does not include Auto-Stop. If you want your single-motor boat lift to stop automatically at preset upper and lower positions, choose the GEM Remotes GR1A with Auto-Stop.

Includes one 3-button transmitter.
