The kit includes two top mounting tabs and one bottom mounting tab. The top tabs install at the upper gear plate mounting points, while the bottom tab mounts between the motor and gear plate. Machined slots in the bottom tab provide adjustment for proper hoist cover positioning.

This mounting kit is required when installing new-style BH-USA flat-plate hoist covers and can also be used with classic-style BH-USA covers for additional securement.
