The E-Drive 480:1 Double Worm Reducer Gearbox is a fully enclosed, direct-drive gearbox designed for boat lift systems. Its two-stage worm reduction system eliminates exposed gears, belts and pulleys for a cleaner, low-maintenance drive system.

The gearbox features a 480:1 gear ratio and fits 2-3/8" OD (2" ID) drive pipes. A C-Face motor mounts directly to the gearbox flange using four stainless steel bolts.

A protective cover cap is included.

What is a Double Worm Reducer?

A double worm reducer uses two stages of gear reduction to reduce motor speed while increasing torque at the boat lift drive system.

The E-Drive keeps both reduction stages enclosed and internally lubricated, eliminating the exposed belt and pulley arrangement found on traditional flat-plate hoists.
