It makes wrapping dock lines quick and easy to secure the watercraft. Easy to install. An enlarged counter-sink hole makes installation easy with a socket. It can be through-bolt or lag-bolted. Features (2) 9/16 in. mounting holes that accept 1/2 in. through-bolts or lag-bolts.
