The 6,500 lb. Deluxe Gear Plate Assembly is engineered for serious lifting performance in flat-plate boat hoists. Whether you're lifting a smaller craft or a heavier boat, this gear plate handles up to 6,500 lbs. when paired with a 1 HP heavy-duty motor, 4,500 lbs. with a standard 1 HP motor, and 3,500 lbs. with a ¾ HP motor.

Constructed from high-strength, outdoor-ready materials, this gear plate features no steel-on-steel moving parts, reducing wear and ensuring years of dependable service. With your choice of ¼ in. or ½ in. aluminum, galvanized steel, or powder-coated backplates, it can be customized for your lift needs.

Each unit is fully assembled and load-tested before shipping and includes a 96-tooth cast iron worm gear, extended block bronze worm assembly, ¼ in. grease fittings, 10 in. aluminum hoist pulley, and 34 in. drive belt.
