The 4,000 LB. Standard Gear Plate Assembly is a heavy-duty replacement gear plate designed for flat-plate boat hoist systems. Used on BH-USA flat-plate hoists for more than 15 years, this assembly provides up to 4,000 lbs. of straight-line lifting capacity with a 1 HP motor or 3,000 lbs. with a 3/4 HP motor.

The assembly comes fully assembled and load-tested before shipping. It features a 96-tooth cast-iron worm gear with a bronze worm assembly, easy-reach grease fittings, and your choice of aluminum, galvanized steel, or powder-coated steel backplate. A 10" aluminum hoist pulley and 34" cogged drive belt are included.
