Built to handle up to 4,000 lbs. with a 1 HP motor (or 3,000 lbs. with a ¾ HP motor), this gear plate has been trusted for over 15 years on BH-USA Flat Plate hoists and compatible systems.

Constructed from high-strength materials and designed with no steel-on-steel contact, it offers longer life, lower wear, and smoother operation. The assembly includes a 10-inch aluminum die-cast pulley and 34-inch drive belt, and ships fully assembled and load-tested — ready to install right out of the box.
