The 2" Aluminum Boat Lift Motor Pulley is designed for belt-driven flat-plate boat hoists using a 56-frame electric motor. It mounts directly to the motor drive shaft and transfers power through a single drive belt to operate the hoist.

Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the pulley fits a standard 5/8" motor shaft and uses a set screw and motor key to secure it during operation.

Key Features

Fits standard 56-frame boat lift motors

Loosen the set screw so the pulley can slide easily onto the motor drive shaft.
Position the pulley with the set screw closest to the motor frame and the pulley groove facing the end of the drive shaft.
Insert the key stock into the groove on the motor drive shaft. Align the pulley keyway with the key stock and slide the pulley onto the shaft.
Tighten the set screw against the key stock to secure both the pulley and key stock in place during motor operation
Note: Motor key stock is not included.
